2. Scope of Service
GO SMART provides the supply and installation of surveillance systems, intercoms, access control, automatic gates, alarm systems, and network infrastructure.
Our services are available within Greater Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Warranty Policy
- All devices are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty includes replacement in case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, provided the installation is performed by GO SMART’s certified team.
- The warranty becomes void if installation is done by a third party or if the product is tampered with.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Electrical surges, lightning, or power interruptions.
- Physical damage or exposure to moisture or dust.
- Use of incompatible accessories or systems.
4. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- A valid invoice or receipt must be provided.
- Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
- Installation and delivery fees are non-refundable.
5. Installation & Maintenance
- Installation is performed exclusively by GO SMART’s certified technicians.
- Any system modification after installation will incur additional charges.
- Regular maintenance is not included unless covered by a separate service contract.
